SolverStudio_00_04_01_22 (2011.02.10)

The latest version of SolverStudio (2011.02.10) significantly reduces the time required to transfer data to or from the spreadsheet, giving much faster runtimes for large models. Other minor changes and bug fixes have also been made. All feedback welcome. Andrew
